I am an actual paying customer. Most of the reviews here have received this mattress as a sampling. We have had it for 2 nights, I know, not very long. However, I know what I like. This mattress is very comfortable. A little hard, but I am sure that will soften as time goes by. Edge support is fantastic. Now, I actually bought it because I am a SUPER hot sleeper. No night sweats, just oven hot. When you are laying on the mattress alone, it feels wonderful and it does keep cool. However, you put a protector and sheets on it. This has significantly reduced the cooling feature of this mattress. I have a breathable bamboo material protector on it, and cotton (microfiber) sheets, which I will change for cotton/polyester blend to see if that helps. So, overall so far, I give it a 3-4 out of 5 stars. You really have to play with the materials you put on it to get the cooling feature. Not sure if we will return it yet. This is a very expensive mattress, and I expected the cooling feature to live up to the description.

I do like the Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress but after about 4 months of using it my hips and legs are experiencing pain. The Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress was not keeping me cool well throughout the night. I not only woke up in pain but sweating.
I did receive the Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress for free for my honest opinion. Not sure if it's because I lost 30 lbs since I received it, could be the firmness was not right for the lower weight. I mention that because I slept like a baby in the beginning. I'm going to try turning it around and see how that works. I do believe the Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress is a quality product worth buying.

This a a very good mattress it has the cooling technology in it the mattress is very comfortable and it molds to your body. Since having this mattress my nights sleep has been very good

Have had this mattress for a little over a month and it's everything I expected. The mattress has a memory foam top so you get that sink in feeling as it conforms to the shape of your body. It also gives it a plush feeling and you don't feel it when your partner gets up or moves around. In terms of its claim to fame, it does keep noticeable cooler than my last mattress though I find you have to use thin breathable fabric for the bed sheets or else the effect is lost. Like the title states this bed has helped alleviate some back pain I was experiencing which is a testament to the great back support it offers for side sleepers. So far there hasn't been a single negative and the memory foam top has held up flawlessly contrary to other reviews that mentioned the memory foam losing that plush sink in feeling. Of note and probably expected is that this is a large and thick 14 inch mattress and heavy to boot, so have someone with you when moving the mattress.

This mattress hands down worth every penny. I give this a 5 Star rating and more. It honestly conforms to ones body when laying down and you truly cant feel your partners movement. Plush doesnt even acknowledge how the Artic Hybrid actually is. A bit heavy when trying to move it into place. That would be its only knock on it

My guest bedroom is a queen size room and this was the perfect mattress to ensure everyone who visits and spends the night is able to have a safe comfortable sleep. Im love this mattress so much, im planning to replace my master bedroom king mattress with one of these as well. I 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a way the have the perfect nights sleep.

I've had mine for a couple of weeks, and LOVE it!! I've had Verlo and Stearns and Foster, and this mattress is the BEST! Super comfortable, no back pain, like sleeping on a cloud, yet firm enough to any sleep position!!

Love My Arctic Premier Hybrid. What I like about this mattress is that is not too firm nor too soft, I struggle falling asleep at night due to getting too hot but this mattress has The amazing cooling system it allows me to sleep through the night. I wake up more rested let me tell you is the best. I currently have a Serta mattress in my king size bed and I can see the difference in both of them, this one feels very comfortable. Only downside is the size. I feel like this mattress is a bit to high It makes my bed so big that its kind of hard to get on. I'm very happy with it, and I do recommend it!!

This product was very comfortable, and just by looking at the mattress you can tell that its a different type of style. The mattress itself is very heavy, but it is very comfy. When I was sleeping with another person on it, you cant really feel the other person moving or getting up, which is a big plus. The quality feels and looks very good. It was also soft, but not too soft, and had the right amount of firmness too.

This Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress is really nice & comfortable. It has a good memory foam on top which conforms to my body when I lay on it, yet it is still firm enough to not feel like you are sinking in. I like the cooling feature of this mattress. It has multiple layers, but the top layer is made to absorb body heat. I can definitely feel the difference. It feels like it is more breathable. Heat is not trapped in when sleeping on it and it feels like there is more air circulation. I sleep better when my body is not absorbed in heat. I get a good night's sleep on this mattress. It is great quality and well made. It is somewhat heavy and is 14" thick. A box frame is not needed with this mattress, so I use it without one and it is fine. Another feature, is that it has a zipper on the bottom of the mattress to remove the cover, so it can washed. I would recommend it.

I love this Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress! You can lay on the edge without worrying your going to fall off. Not sure if you can tie your shoes but I can't see why not. Sleeping was comfortable, without any numb or painful body parts ie hips, shoulders, hands or back. The Arctic Premier Hybrid gives you just enough firm and plushness. It is heavy so make sure you have help. It's also taller than any mattress I've ever owned but most sheet sets should accommodate the height.
I would recommend this Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress to anyone who asked me for a recommendations. I was extremely impressed that I was comfortable from the first night.

This Serta is Supportive without sacrificing Comfortability. the cooling Features help give a good nights rest. your body heat gets sucked down so that you stay cool and don't sweat. its Firm and Plush. so Comfortable i don't want to get out of bed. I was a bit skeptical due to the plush nature of this mattress. I am a side sleeper, so a soft-ish mattress works best and my arms don't fall asleep! but TOO soft can not be comfortable. I was IMPRESSED at how soft yet TOTALLY comfy this mattress is!! Its like sleeping on a cloud......that keeps you COOL! i love that you can unzip and remove the "cover" to this mattress. while i am a HUGE advocate for mattress protectors (i have kids), i love this feature for cleaning purposes. I ALSO LOVE the fact that you don't feel much, if anything, when another person moves. Being a light sleeper that kind of thing will wake me EVERY time. I cannot say enough good things about this mattress...I almost don't even have WORDS to express what a great mattress this is! If you are considering this mattress....don't think about it, BE about it! You're welcome!

This Serta Arctic Premier Hybrid mattress is the best ever! I like to be cooler when I sleep & I didn't think it would be cool enough to make a difference but boy was I wrong! It is firm but not too firm and I've slept better on it the pass week than I have ever slept on my old mattress. Definitely the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. This mattress is very heavy duty. Would recommend!

I suffer from night sweats and decided to give this mattress a try. So far I love it and have stayed 10 x's cooler then my old mattress. I also have no need for a box spring. Glad I went out on a limb and gave this hybrid mattress a chance!

This mattress is one of the best I have slept on in years. I had constant shoulder pain before from my old bed and when I switched to this one, it magically disappeared.
The mattress is very comfortable but I will say that it is firm compared to some mattresses I have tried. There is a soft layer on top but overall it is firm. Personally this is the type of mattress that works best for me.
Another thing that I like about the mattress is that it is thick, so the bed is raised up higher off the ground.
Definitely recommend buying this, worth every penny!

Wow oh wow. This Artic Premier Hybrid mattress is the best mattress I've ever owned. It is so comfortable. It's hot summer days here and the mattress kept my husband and I cool all night. We absolutely love the height of it. The sturdiness is also a huge bonus. Neither my husband nor I wake up when the other does in the middle of the night. Its I nice and firm just how I love, but not crazy firm. It's just perfect. The mattress is made of great materials. I highly recommend this brand and product

I could not be happier with this mattress! When it was delivered the crew commented on how thick and heavy the mattress was but I will tell you it's because Serta has all the right materials built in. I have the plush Arctic Premier Hybrid model and it's not too plush and not too firm it's really perfect for me. I could tell right away from the first night on the mattress that it really does a great job of pulling the heat away from me as I sleep but it's not in a way that makes me cold it just makes my sleep more comfortable. I don't consider myself too picky but I do travel 1-2 weeks per month and spend a lot of time in hotels. I know quality mattresses and I've run into some really poor mattresses in hotel rooms and I can say I would love to find the Premier Hybrid in a hotel. I also will miss mine as I travel and will look forward to getting back home to it on when on the road. If you can find one in a store, go try it out and you'll see what I mean it's a good choice for a great night sleep.

The Arctic Premier Hybrid so far has been the best mattress I have ever owned. It's very soft and plush. It's very durable, definitely put together well. It supports my back and keeps me from waking with aches and pains I normally have. It keeps very cool which is a huge bonus because I usually stay pretty warm at night. I would definitely recommend this as it does it's job and does it well!
